RAS Digital Marketing (Pty) Ltd (‘RAS Digital Marketing’ or ‘we’ or ‘us’ or ‘our’) is a small business committed to providing online digital marketing opportunities in helping businesses to start or grow their businesses.

“Account” means a profile linked to a registered User,
“Client” means the person or entity to whom and/or on whose behalf RAS supplies the Services,
“Data message” means a data message as defined by the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act No. 25 of 2002, including but not limited to an email message,
“GDPR” means the General Data Protection Regulation, being Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council;
“Personal Data” means personal data as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act No.4 of 2013 and the GDPR,
“RAS Platform” means an automated learning management system that delivers free or purchased products in the sequential format supplied by us for the customer’s benefit,
“Third Party Services” means services provided by persons or entities other than us and that is procured by us for the benefit of the User or Client,
“User” means any person or entity that has access or who has purchased a product on the RAS Platform,
“Visitor” means any person or entity who browses our Website.
“Website” means our web pages, that communicate information concerning our products, services and Product Platform.
THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Our Website www.rasdigitalmarketing.com collects non-personal data/information on Website visits by users including, without limitation, which pages the website is most frequently visited, how often, and for how long.
We use non-personal data/information to better understand our users, we utilise third parties to measure Website and Mobile traffic. A tracking code is used to collect the following information on the usage of the Website:
the number of page views (or page impressions) that occur on the website,
the number of unique visitors to the site,
how long these unique visitors (on average) spend on the site when they do visit; and
common entry and exit points into the Website.
This aggregated, non-personal data/information is collated and provided to us to assist in analysing the usage of the Website. This data is also accessible by media organisations and research companies, to conduct industry comparisons with other Internet websites.
Our web servers gather your IP address to assist with the diagnosis of problems or support issues with our services, and to monitor the use of our website, including the monitoring of the location of our users.

We do not gather Special Personal data/information as specified by the POPI Act to conduct our business.

You will always have the opportunity to electronically unsubscribe from any of our products, services or communication channels, whereafter we will discontinue the communication with you.

Unless you become a User, we do not collect information that identifies you personally. In addition, you are able to at any time request that we delete any personal data/information held by us by downloading FORM-3 and sending it directly to the email@example.com
In addition, our employees and the third parties who provide services related to our information systems are obliged to respect the confidentiality and privacy of any personal data/information held by us. Except in the case of breaches of our obligations under the POPI Act to protect your personal data/information, we will not be held responsible for events arising from unauthorised access to your personal data/information. In case of a data breach, we are committed to complying in all respects with the requirements of all South African Privacy Laws and where required, the provisions of the GDPR.
You can also play an important role in keeping your personal data/information secure, by maintaining the confidentiality of any password and accounts used on the Website. Please contact us immediately if there is any unauthorised use of your account by any other Internet user or any other breach of security relating to your account.
We may also disclose your personal data/information to our third party service providers from time to time but only for the purpose of assisting us to deliver the products and services we offer to you.

We retain the information you provide to us and which we collect about you, including personal data/information, for so long as we continue to provide products and services to you and specifically until you request us to delete your personal data/information. You can delete your personal data/information on the RAS Platform at any time or by downloading FORM-3, completing it and sending it directly to the firstname.lastname@example.org
Wed provide links to various blogs, forums, wikis and other social media platforms that allow you to share personal information. However, we will not be held responsible for any use, misuse or misappropriation of personal data/information that you share on any platform.
WE DO NOT DEAL WITH CHILDREN
Our Website is not intended for children 18 years and younger, and we do not intentionally collect or maintain personal data/information about any person under this age.
