However, this video is primarily designed to guide you in locating your own leads.
Your leads can be found within your Facebook Business Manager and Suite. You can click on a lead to download any information provided by the lead.
Additionally, you have the option to leave the lead in your lead center if necessary, but we strongly recommend downloading all your leads at least once every 30 days, as Facebook may eventually remove them after a couple of months.
Keep this lead center open on your computer and refresh the page throughout the day or perhaps once a day to check for any new leads that have come in.
Tip: We have observed higher success rates with businesses that promptly contact leads as soon as they are generated, preventing them from forgetting about the offers they requested.
